LOVE LOVE LOVE Rubicon! Definitely a fave spot when we go to northstar. Their portions are pretty big and we always end up choosing different things and sharing. For starters, the spinach artichoke dip is so good, it comes with crisp pita bread instead of chips. One of the things we always order is the spaghetti bolognese, very flavorful and yummy. We've tried many pizzas here our favorites are the Thai curry chicken which if you like Thai curry this is for you, the blanco is a white sauce pizza, and the rubicon which is more of a specialty pizza with pepperoni and sausage. As far as drinks, beers on tap are always good, I love their hot apple Jerry during the cold winter days.

Five Stars: I'll come back and I'll recommend it my friends. I guess I got to thank Wild Pine for not seating us. Rubicon sat us quick. The atmosphere is great, kind of loud, but a room full of happy people. The food was delish. Calamari was crispy and not fishy. I also had apple walnut salad, it had tons of apples and candied walnuts. The pizzas were really good. Thin crispy crust with perfect amount of toppings. Get the bbq chicken and add pineapples. Thank me later. Adriana was our server, she was great, super attentive. 0 mistakes. I'm sure the other staff here is equally as good. Hope you have a nice meal here.

Pizza was very good. Loved the cocktails. Staff was very friendly. We were able to walk right in and get a table. Very friendly vibe.

Twice baked wings with buffalo sauce and ranch, oh boy! The wings were delicious and some of the meatiest I've ever eaten. You get 10 to an order for around $20 on the appetizer menu. The pizza here is pretty good too.

We had 3 hungry kids, and there is really only one option in the village. Fortunately, the ordering is super easy, and they text you when your pizza is ready so you can go do whatever activity you were doing and just swing by when your pizza is ready. The pizza was really good, and being hot with kids in 35 degrees is a huge bonus. Also, the crust is small, so you maximize the small nutritional value that is pizza for the kiddos. The down side of this goodness and convenience is definitely the price: $41 for a cheese pizza. I still can't believe it. I understand they have a monopoly, and I mentioned before the dearth of options, but that hurt. If you can stomach the price, it's a great option.

Had to grab a fast lunch before ski school and they were fast and accommodating while being so nice. Mozzarella sticks were a big hit. Also enjoyed their house salad with some vinaigrette. This was a nice crisp salad to help balance all the crappy stuff you eat when traveling. We did a custom pizza and it really hit the spot.

Pizzas are delicious. The service was great can't remember our waitresses name but she was so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend. Forgot to mention they had the best music playing too.

Excellent pizza , we got the Blanco pizza with white sauce! Also tried an Espresso Martini, greek salad and calamari. All top-notch! Our server was super patient and made great recommendations based on what we liked. The ambiance was unexpected in a good way. They were playing country & southern rock which made us feel right at home. Overall, this place is a little hidden gem in the middle of a ski village.

Came here on Sunday evening to enjoy dinner while staying at Northstar. We ordered a cheese pizza for my grandson (picky eater). I ordered the spaghetti bolognese, my husband had a salad and our son ordered the chicken wrap. Our food came out pretty quick. Oh and I can't forget the pitcher of watermelon mojito. I enjoyed every bite of my bolognese. My husband helped me eat it, there was so much of it. My picky eater grandson almost ate the whole pizza. That was definitely a thumbs up from him. My son enjoyed his wrap. As we were enjoying the last of our watermelon pitcher, the power went out in the whole area. Thankfully, we just finished. The servers were great and so accommodating. We enjoyed our dinner.
